Our company is looking for motivated and dependable kitchen staff to join our team. As a key part of our back-of-house operation, you will help ensure that food is prepared safely, efficiently, and to our high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Line Cook:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen during and after service
- Assist with inventory and quality checks
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Prep Cook:
- Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for daily service
- Assist line cooks with basic tasks as needed
- Label and store ingredients properly
- Ensure prep station is clean and organized
- Follow portion control guidelines and food safety standards
Dishwasher:
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness in the dish pit, floors, and trash areas
- Support kitchen staff with cleaning and basic prep tasks when needed
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to take direction well
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
