Role Overview:
We’re a meal plan company looking for a Kitchen Manager to oversee and coordinate daily kitchen activities ensuring smooth production, timely dispatch, and consistent quality. The right person will act as the bridge between culinary, quality control, purchasing, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily kitchen operations and shift workflow.
  • Coordinate with the chef, dietitians, and purchasing to ensure readiness and avoid shortages.
  • Monitor performance, timing, and food-safety compliance.
  • Manage two shift supervisors and ensure proper handover between morning and evening teams.
  • Report production progress, delays, and daily KPIs to management.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 4+ years of experience in catering, central kitchen, or large-scale F&B production.
  • Strong coordination and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on, organized, and calm under pressure.
  • Fluent in English
  • Available to start immediately or within one month.
