Food Preparation
- Assist in basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting vegetables and fruits).
- Portion and pack food items as instructed by chefs.
- Assist in preparing simple dishes under supervision.
Kitchen Support
- Keep cooking stations stocked with necessary ingredients and utensils.
- Assist chefs during busy service hours when needed.
- Load and unload deliveries; store ingredients properly.
Cleaning & Hygiene
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, counters, and kitchen surfaces.
- Ensure compliance with hotel food safety and sanitation standards.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain recycling practices.
Equipment Handling
- Operate basic kitchen equipment safely (dishwasher, peelers, mixers, etc.).
- Report any damaged tools or equipment to the supervisor.
