Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the chef
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
- Support the kitchen staff in various tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure setting
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
