Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize floors, walls, work surfaces, and bakery equipment.
  • Empty and dispose of waste bins properly.
  • Wash and disinfect utensils, trays, and tools.
  • Ensure toilets, staff rooms, and storage areas are kept clean.
  • Follow proper cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Use cleaning materials safely and report any damages or issues.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required (experience in cleaning/food industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
