Commis Chef / Kitchen Assistant

Job Title: Full-Time Commis Chef – Pizzaiolo Food Truck

Description:

We’re hiring a motivated and fast-learning Commis Chef to join a small, close-knit team working like a family.

Every team member will learn the full workflow — from dough prep and oven work to packing and serving customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare toppings, sauces, and daily ingredients.
• Assist in dough preparation and oven management.
• Pack orders and ensure presentation quality.
• Support the chef and cashier during busy hours.
• Assist with content shooting or setup when needed.

Requirements:

• No long experience required only a strong desire to learn.
• Able to work in high-pressure, outdoor environments.
• Positive attitude and willingness to rotate roles.
