Key Account Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic field sales and channel partner development, particularly in the building materials, interiors, or fit-out industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and on-ground visits
  • Acquire new channel partners and strengthen relationships with existing ones
  • Generate project leads by collaborating with architects, interior designers, and contractors
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Convert inactive channel partners into active revenue contributors
  • Ensure timely payment collections and maintain detailed sales reports
  • Prepare weekly and monthly order forecasts and MIS documentation
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

Candidate Requirements:

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in field sales and revenue generation
  • Proven track record in managing and growing channel partner networks
  • Prior experience in interiors/fit outs/flooring or related sectors preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
