What you’ll be doing

As a Junior Marketing Executive with Max Mara, you will support the Marketing Manager in the coordination and execution of marketing, PR, and digital initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring seamless communication between suppliers, PR and event agencies, and retail stores to deliver high-quality activations and campaigns. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about luxury fashion, with a proactive approach to marketing operations and digital coordination.

Your responsibilities will include the below:

Marketing & Events Coordination

  • Support in planning and executing marketing activations and in-store events in collaboration with PR and event agencies.
  • Liaise with suppliers, stores, and venues to ensure timely setup, logistics, and execution of events.
  • Manage permits, supplier coordination, and event documentation.
  • Track timelines, materials, and budgets to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and within scope.
  • Prepare post-event reports with photos, KPIs, and ROI analysis.

PR & Communications Support

  • Assist the PR agency with press events, influencer activities, and media coordination.
  • Track and compile monthly PR coverage reports (AVE, impressions, reach).
  • Coordinate local PR activations and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Support influencer/KOL seeding, gifting logistics, and event guest lists.

Digital Marketing

  • Coordinate eCommerce marketing activities with the Digital and Ecom teams to ensure product launches and online campaigns align with retail initiatives.
  • Support the creation and scheduling of newsletters and eDMs, including asset collation and proofreading.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure consistency of messaging and visuals across website, email, and social platforms.
  • Assist with performance reporting for digital campaigns — including eCom sales performance, newsletter KPIs, and traffic reports.
  • Support in managing the content calendar and coordinating digital asset requests with the creative team.

Supplier & Budget Management

  • Liaise with vendors for quotations, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of marketing spend and supplier contracts.
  • Ensure all purchase orders and invoices are processed according to internal procedures.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage daily administrative and coordination tasks within the marketing department.
  • Organize and share campaign materials with stores, mall partners, and relevant teams.
  • Support internal reporting and presentation preparation.
  • Maintain a well-organized archive of campaign assets, event materials, and marketing documentation.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • You possess 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, events, or digital marketing, experience in fashion or luxury retail is preferred.
  • You possess strong coordination and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • You are familiar with email marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing, or similar) and basic digital analytics.
  • You possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • You are fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • You are passionate about fashion and luxury brand experiences.
