Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong love for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency in every cup.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items.
• Maintain the highest standards of product quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and taking accurate orders.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems confidently.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the café area, equipment, and seating zones.
• Monitor stock levels, refill supplies, and assist with inventory when needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Suggest menu items or upsell products to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar hospitality role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and café operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed.
• Basic math and POS handling skills.

Preferred Skills

• Latte art or specialty coffee knowledge.
• Familiarity with sustainable and ethical coffee sourcing.
• Customer-focused attitude with a positive, energetic personality.
