Hello, we need a Junior Barista to our Team. We are looking for someone who have experienced in Speciality Coffee.

− Experience in espresso machine and coffee grinder calibration and cleaning.

− Knowledge in manual brewing and origins of different coffee beans.

− Adept in latte art ranging from beginner to advanced designs

− Introduce adjustments and new items on the menu

− Ensure that wastages are logged and recorded for the end of month reports.

− Handle the store ordering from the POS and make sure that all stocks are in adequate levels

− Handle and prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the head office every end of shift.
− Handle food and equipment inventory records, review
financial transactions and monitor budget to efficient
operation and ensuring expenditures stayed within
budget limitations
− Gather and implement all proper tools for running shift
(e.g., schedules, reservations, and cashier’s change)
