About Us:
Proof Max Insulation Works is a growing professional insulation company based in Dubai, providing premium solutions across commercial and residential projects. As our operations expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting operations and data entry
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and supporting documents
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in accounting software
• Assist with monthly closing activities and financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Support senior accounting staff and management when needed
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting and VAT laws

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and bookkeeping principles
• Knowledge of VAT and UAE accounting regulations (preferred)
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
