Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our growing spare parts trading business. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting activities and support compliance with UAE accounting and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses)
• Prepare and post invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents
• Support VAT and Corporate Tax data preparation
• Coordinate with management for monthly reports
• Assist with stock and inventory accounting
• Work with Tally / accounting software

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience in trading or spare parts business is an advantage
• Knowledge of Tally (preferred)
• Basic understanding of UAE VAT (preferred)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
