Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and schedules for management review.
- Support payroll processing and other finance-related administrative tasks.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
