Job Summary:
The Junior HR Officer will support the HR department in day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, HR compliance, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must be familiar with UAE Labour Law practices and should be able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes such as job posting, candidate screening, arranging interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare employment letters, salary certificates, warnings, memos, and other HR-related documentation.
- Support HR team in handling visa processing, medicals, insurance, and related government documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, overtime submissions, and ensure timesheet accuracy.
- Assist in payroll preparation and monthly HR reports.
- Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and internal communication.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Perform general HR administration tasks as required.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive approach.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Male candidate preferred (Due to nature of the role).
- Must have minimum 2 years HR experience in UAE.
- BBA / MBA (HR specialization preferred).
- Available to join at short notice is an added advantage.
