Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and assist in seating arrangements
- Support the management of reservations and walk-ins
- Answer guest inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner
- Provide basic information about the restaurant, menu, and ongoing promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and entrance area
- Assist in coordinating guest flow during busy periods
- Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Support the overall front-of-house operations as needed
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a hospitality, customer service, or front-desk role (restaurant experience preferred)
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Passion for hospitality and guest interaction
- Well-groomed, presentable, and positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Willingness to learn and grow within the team
- Familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage
