Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate joinery installation activities at project sites.
  • Ensure proper installation alignment, leveling, and finishing as per approved drawings.
  • Manage manpower deployment and daily work progress.
  • Verify site measurements and coordinate with the factory for material adjustments.
  • Conduct site inspections, report progress, and attend client coordination meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and work permits.
  • Prepare daily reports, site logs, and installation checklists.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years experience.
  • Technical Diploma or background in Carpentry/Joinery.
  • Strong site management and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of joinery materials, installation tools, and fixing methods.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed drawings.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
