Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate joinery installation activities at project sites.
- Ensure proper installation alignment, leveling, and finishing as per approved drawings.
- Manage manpower deployment and daily work progress.
- Verify site measurements and coordinate with the factory for material adjustments.
- Conduct site inspections, report progress, and attend client coordination meetings.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and work permits.
- Prepare daily reports, site logs, and installation checklists.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years experience.
- Technical Diploma or background in Carpentry/Joinery.
- Strong site management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of joinery materials, installation tools, and fixing methods.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed drawings.
- Valid UAE driving license.
