Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable IT Support / IT Executive to manage day-to-day technical support and ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment
- Troubleshoot system, email, and application-related problems
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT maintenance
- Ensure data security, backups, and system updates
- Maintain IT documentation and asset records
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and common business applications
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple issues with minimal supervision
