IT Support Analyst

Full job description

The IT Support Analyst is responsible for delivering ongoing support and maintenance for IT systems and assets across the Middle East business. The role focuses on resolving user incidents both on‑site and remotely, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting various business platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Incident Management: Diagnose and resolve user issues on-site or remotely, log all details systematically, and escalate when required.
  • System Administration: Support assigned systems such as business tools and CRMs; provide troubleshooting, user guidance, and basic user administration (password resets, unlocks, etc.).
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date documentation, inventory records, and logs of fixes and resolutions; participate in regular reviews and team knowledge‑sharing.
  • User Support: Offer hands-on or remote guidance for staff unfamiliar with tools and processes.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience with using tools like ServiceNow, for handling and managing processes such as incident management, asset and configuration management. Experience in Microsoft ecosystem, in Active Directory, Office apps (Excel/Word/PowerPoint),
  • SharePoint/Lists, Windows Server, and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure). Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and familiarity or exposure to network appliances such as Cisco Meraki, HPE Aruba, Extreme Networks (formerly Aerohive) and FortiGate firewalls.
  • Optional: Industry-recognised certifications such as ITILv4 Foundation, CCNA, Microsoft Azure
  • Administrator (AZ-104), Microsoft Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500), or similar.
  • Ability to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical staff and collaborate with IT teams.
  • Open to remote-work, and travel across the UAE to various sites as needed.
