The Role
Responsibilities: • Technical support for employees. • Free communication with international offices. • Setting up accounts, mailboxes, and configuring computers. • Installing software and providing IT support in case of malfunctions. • Supporting the mail server. • Completing the transition to a different email login. • Managing the office network connection, including office equipment.
Requirements
Requirements: • Relevant experience in a similar position, from 3+ years. • Experience installing and configuring Windows OS, installing/uninstalling/troubleshooting basic office programs. • Experience with Active Directory – setting up and turning off UZ, resetting passwords. • Experience with MS at the level of creating and disabling mailboxes. • English – Upper – Intermediate, Russian – is preferable. • Multitasking, initiative, responsibility.
