Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive IT product and service sales.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT sales, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: AED 2,000 – 5,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Attractive Incentive Plan on achieving sales targets
  • Probation Period: 6 months
