Full job description
IT Helpdesk Support with the following skills and qualifications :
– Provide quick and effective assistance with IT systems.
– Support users Remotely through systems configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance.
– Maintain essential IT operations , including operating systems , security tools, applications, servers , email systems, laptops, desktops and hardware .
– Install, configure and support workstation software, hardware, printers and extensions .
– IT Assets management – Track IT assets and ensure proper hardware/Software allocation.
– Helpdesk portal
– ITIL certification preferred.
– Knowledge of ERP systems required (Microsoft dynamics, SAP)
– Min .2 years of experience required in the same field
– Arabic speaker (preferable)
