Full job description
Job Purpose:
Perform daily IT Operations in collaboration with business units within the Department with the goal of providing technical IT support for both hardware and software used internally. In addition to providing support to Project managers in managing, developing and implementing IT systems and websites internally based on the annual operational plan of the technical support section.
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, information technology or any similar field.
Preferred Certifications: (MCSA) Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator – ITIL Foundation
Years of Experience: Bachelors Degree: from 4-6 years of experience in IT.

Linguistic skills:
Proficiency in reading, writing, listening in English Language.
Computing skills:
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications
Project Management skills:
Proficiency in planning, implement IT Projects.
Programming skills:
Proficiency in programing codes and tools
