Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Assistant to support the hotel’s daily IT operations and ensure smooth system performance across all departments and outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to hotel staff and outlets.
  • Assist in maintaining hotel systems (PMS, POS, PABX, Wi-Fi, CCTV).
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Coordinate with the IT In-Charge and external vendors when required.
  • Support system setups, user access, and basic configurations.
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality IT is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel systems and networks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot common IT issues.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work in a hotel operational environment.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality group.
  • Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, and PABX systems.
