Job Description
Reporting to the IT Manager, you will maintain and troubleshoot the hotel’s IT systems, including hardware, software and networks. You will ensure that all IT infrastructure operates smoothly, resolving technical issues and performing system updates as needed. Staying up-to-date with IT industry standards and compliance regulations will also be key to your role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or relevant certifications.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and various software applications.
- Experience with hotel management systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
