Key Responsibilities:
* Administer, maintain, and support IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, operating systems (Windows & macOS), and applications.
* Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, user accounts, licensing, and security policies.
* Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls (FortiGate and Sophos), Wi-Fi access points, and extenders.
* Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and network performance issues.
* Configure, manage, and support firewalls, VPNs, and security controls to ensure data and network security.
* Manage NAS servers, backup solutions, data storage, and disaster recovery processes.
* Install, configure, and maintain network and local printers.
* Maintain and support AVAYA IP telephone systems, including configuration and troubleshooting.
* Monitor and maintain biometric systems and CCTV infrastructure.
* Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
* Maintain accurate records of IT Asset Management, including hardware, software, licenses, and warranties.
* Plan, prioritize, and execute multiple IT tasks and projects effectively.
* Communicate professionally with internal users and vendors, providing clear documentation when required.
* Accept and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve IT services and support quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Strong experience administering Windows and macOS environments.
* Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
* Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and basic routing.
* Knowledge and experience in MCSA and MCITP certifications (required).
* Experience with firewalls (FortiGate and Sophos).
* Experience handling switches, routers, NAS servers , and wireless networks.
* Strong time-management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
