Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Investment Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for real estate, knowledge of the Dubai property market, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on property investments, sales, and portfolio opportunities in Dubai.
• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, area-specific insights, and pricing analysis.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable investment options, including off-plan and ready properties.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate leads and referrals.
• Collaborate with developers and internal teams to access exclusive projects and pre-launch opportunities.
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to close successful deals.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure smooth end-to-end transaction support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales, investments, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, communities, and investment potential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and client-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Fluency in English is required (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
