Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard distributors, importers, and wholesale partners in assigned international markets.
- Develop and implement market entry and growth strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with channel partners to drive consistent sales.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports on market performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in international sales, preferably in FMCG / household / detergent / soap products.
- Strong network and ability to connect with distributors and importers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Fluency in English; additional foreign languages will be an advantage.
