Design De Lujo is looking for a talented and experience Interior Designer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should hav e hands-on experience working in the UAE and be passionate about luxury design, detailing, and on-site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, material selections, and detailed drawings.
• Conduct site visits regularly, prepare progress reports, and ensure design implementation is in line with project standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and design, presentations.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM), Civil Defense, and other local authority requirements.
• Monitor project timelines and assist in solving design-related issues on-site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the UAE (experience in luxury residential/commercial projects is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, authority approvals, and documentation (DM, Trakhees, DCD, Dubai Development Authority, etc.)
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max / V-Ray, Revit (preferred), Adobe Photoshop & MS Office.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, joinery details, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to visit sites, conduct inspections, and provide technical reports.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Must be currently based in UAE and available for Immediate.
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
