Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries through email, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Prepare accurate quotations in coordination with suppliers and procurement
  • Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders
  • Maintain and update customer, supplier, and product records systematically
  • Coordinate with logistics and accounts for smooth order processing and delivery
  • Support the outdoor sales team with quotations, documentation, and client coordination.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Indoor Sales
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Customer-oriented, organized, and detail-focused approach
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude
  • UAE experience preferred
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office is an advantage
