Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients and address inquiries regarding immigration products and services via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Provide accurate and up-to-date immigration information based on current visa laws and policies
- Assess client profiles and provide fair evaluations of their immigration chances
- Prepare action plans and schedules to meet sales targets
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and referrals from day-to-day activities
- Identify new sales prospects and engage them effectively
- Maintain consistent communication with clients via phone and email
- Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries into clients
- Ensure timely submission of MIS reports
- Assess customer satisfaction through regular feedback from clients
- Maintain a strong knowledge base of immigration policies and services
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the immigration or legal industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain immigration laws and procedures
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Proficient in using CRM tools and reporting systems
