Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Counsel clients and address inquiries regarding immigration products and services via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date immigration information based on current visa laws and policies
  • Assess client profiles and provide fair evaluations of their immigration chances
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to meet sales targets
  • Follow up with leads, inquiries, and referrals from day-to-day activities
  • Identify new sales prospects and engage them effectively
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients via phone and email
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries into clients
  • Ensure timely submission of MIS reports
  • Assess customer satisfaction through regular feedback from clients
  • Maintain a strong knowledge base of immigration policies and services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the immigration or legal industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and explain immigration laws and procedures
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and reporting systems
