ICT Officer

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure the availability of IT services and tools to all stakeholders.
  • Monitor the status of IT infrastructure and networks.
  • Primary point of contact for help desk support, troubleshooting user’s problems as required.
  • Install company software and hardware as required.
  • Assist with the implementation of ICT policies and their adoption by users.
  • Support cybersecurity related projects.
  • Cooperate with other IT teams across the region as well as with HQ in Milan.


Skills and experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar IT support/coordination role.
  • Experience with Windows OS, including basic installation and configurations, build preparation, managing group policies and fundamentals of Active Directory.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with VMware or similar virtualization platforms.
  • Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals.
  • Detailed-oriented, autonomous, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication and team working skills.
  • Fluent level of English and Arabic.
