We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at a pre-opening hotel in one of Deira’s key locations. This role will support the HR department in daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination of recruitment, onboarding, and colleague-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical.
  • Respond to colleague inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in benefits administration and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate training sessions and HR programs, including logistics and scheduling.
  • Support employee relations matters as directed by the Head of HR.
  • Prepare HR communications, notices, and internal announcements.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, data tracking, and basic analysis.
  • Support the organization of staff events and HR activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR coordination or administrative role, preferably in hospitality or pre-opening hotels.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
