Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR department with daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in HR and be familiar with standard HR procedures and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain and update employee records
- Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking
- Coordinate training sessions and HR-related meetings
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
