We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental practices with 5-6 years of proven experience within UAE and ensuring compliance with local and international HSE standards.

PROJECT LOCATION: ABU DHABI

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: CONTRACT BASIS

TOTAL OPEN POSITIONS : 16

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE federal and local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver safety induction and training sessions for new employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
• Maintain and update HSE documentation, permits, and records.
• Coordinate with site/project managers and ensure safety practices are integrated into daily operations.
• Promote a positive safety culture by leading awareness campaigns and toolbox talks.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of required reports.
• Support emergency response planning and conduct drills as required.
