Your responsibilities as an HR Project support officer
- Manage onboarding for all project-related personnel (staff, vessel crew, 3rd party laborers, and visitors) and coordinate with labor suppliers for recruitment.
- Oversee daily/weekly vessel crew changes and coordinate leave planning with Department Heads.
- Handle all local logistics, including visas, flights, transportation, and accommodation.
- Maintain accurate HR data systems, covering travel movements, leave schedules, time sheets, and personal records.
- Implement and monitor project training matrices and registers, and prepare regular manpower and travel reports.
Your qualities
You can make your mark as HR Support Officer if you have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the offshore or maritime industry, or a strong willingness to learn, with excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with openness to flexible working hours.
- Effective team collaboration and communication abilities.
- Demonstrates professionalism and can handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
