Job Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, shortlisting, and onboarding of new staff.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Support employee relations, grievance handling, and staff communication.
- Coordinate training, orientation, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and healthcare regulations.
- Assist management with HR policies and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience as HR Officer or HR Assistant (healthcare experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
