We are a well-established medical center committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to our community. We are currently looking for a dedicated and professional HR Officer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, shortlisting, and onboarding of new staff.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Support employee relations, grievance handling, and staff communication.
  • Coordinate training, orientation, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and healthcare regulations.
  • Assist management with HR policies and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as HR Officer or HR Assistant (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and documentation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
