Job Description:
CEC Building Contracting LLC is looking for a Senior HR Officer with 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to manpower handling and in-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full HR operations for site and office employees
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and manpower mobilization
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Process visas, labor cards, medicals, insurance, and renewals
- Coordinate with PRO for MOHRE and government transactions
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary cases, and grievances
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and manpower status updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years HR experience in a construction company (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar employees
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Experience handling large manpower
