Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews and making job offers.
  • Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
  • Coordinate onboarding and new hire processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Assist in maintaining HR databases, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide support in employee relations, training, and other HR activities as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
