Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews and making job offers.
- Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Assist in maintaining HR databases, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide support in employee relations, training, and other HR activities as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
