About Us

We are a licensed Tadbeer Center dedicated to providing high-quality domestic worker services in line with UAE regulations. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team and ensure smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment cycle for domestic workers as per Tadbeer standards
  • Handle employee onboarding, contracts, offer letters, and documentation
  • Coordinate with agencies and candidates for deployment and arrival
  • Maintain accurate HR files, MOL/MOHRE documents, and visa processing records
  • Ensure full compliance with Tadbeer policies, UAE Labor Laws, and MOHRE regulations
  • Assist with scheduling, attendance, leave management, and performance tracking
  • Address employee concerns professionally and maintain workplace discipline
  • Prepare HR reports, updates, and follow-up communications
  • Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in TadbeerHR, or recruitment (mandatory for certain centers)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) or Equivalent Professional Qualification
  • Strong knowledge of MOHRE rules, Tadbeer processes, and domestic worker procedures
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR systems
  • Immediate joiners preferred
