Choiceway Transport is looking for a responsible and well-organized HR Executive to handle day-to-day human resources operations. The role involves recruitment support, employee coordination, documentation, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities including screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave data
- Handle visa processing, renewals, and HR-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Address employee queries and support employee relations
- Assist in HR reports, payroll coordination, and administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Must be able to speak and communicate clearly in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
