Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and support payroll coordination.
  • Respond to employee queries and support HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation.
  • Assist with disciplinary and grievance processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
