Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and support payroll coordination.
- Respond to employee queries and support HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation.
- Assist with disciplinary and grievance processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
