Job Overview

We are a healthcare organization an HR professional with UAE experience, preferably from the healthcare industry, who understands licensing requirements and end-to-end HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and referrals
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles,
  • Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and manage offer processes
  • Maintain candidate databases and pipelines

HR Operations

  • Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Handle probation confirmations, renewals, and exits
  • Maintain employee records and HR files

Healthcare & Compliance

  • Strong understanding of UAE healthcare licensing processes (DOH, DHA, MOH where applicable)
  • Coordinate licensing, renewals, and credentialing documentation
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and healthcare regulations

General HR Responsibilities

  • Handle employee relations and basic grievance management
  • Support performance management processes
  • Assist management with HR policies and procedures
  • Act as a single point of contact for HR-related queries

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE HR experience
  • Healthcare industry background preferred
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
  • Experience in recruiting healthcare professionals
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Organized, discreet, and professional
