Job Overview
We are a healthcare organization an HR professional with UAE experience, preferably from the healthcare industry, who understands licensing requirements and end-to-end HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and referrals
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles,
- Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and manage offer processes
- Maintain candidate databases and pipelines
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation
- Handle probation confirmations, renewals, and exits
- Maintain employee records and HR files
Healthcare & Compliance
- Strong understanding of UAE healthcare licensing processes (DOH, DHA, MOH where applicable)
- Coordinate licensing, renewals, and credentialing documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and healthcare regulations
General HR Responsibilities
- Handle employee relations and basic grievance management
- Support performance management processes
- Assist management with HR policies and procedures
- Act as a single point of contact for HR-related queries
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE HR experience
- Healthcare industry background preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Experience in recruiting healthcare professionals
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Organized, discreet, and professional
