Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Handle work permits, visas, and labor contracts through UAE government systems (e.g., MOHRE, immigration portals).
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Oversee payroll processing and leave management.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and government systems for visa/work permit processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
