HR Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Manager to manage day-to-day human resource operations and support our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have prior HR experience in the UAE and a solid understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Handle payroll preparation, leave management, and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and other government relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management and employee relations activities.
  • Assist management with HR reports, updates, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience in the UAE (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and visa procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
