Job Description
CEC Building Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer with 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to manpower handling and solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full HR operations for site and office employees
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and manpower mobilization
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Process visas, labor cards, medicals, insurance, and renewals
- Coordinate with PRO for MOHRE and government transactions
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievances
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and manpower status updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience in a construction company (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Experience handling both blue-collar and white-collar employees
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
