Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system (physical files & digital platforms)
  • Track attendance, leave records, and overtime reports.
  • Assist in preparing monthly payroll data and coordinate with the accounts team.
  • Manage visa applications, renewals, medicals, Emirates ID, and cancellation processes in coordination with PRO.
  • Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws and ensure all HR procedures follow company policy.
  • Support performance evaluations and assist in tracking KPIs for drivers and staff.
  • Address employee queries related to leave, payroll, or general HR policies.
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Prepare HR reports (e.g., manpower, attrition, joining/leaving summary).
