Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment process including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and offer letters.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system (physical files & digital platforms)
- Track attendance, leave records, and overtime reports.
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll data and coordinate with the accounts team.
- Manage visa applications, renewals, medicals, Emirates ID, and cancellation processes in coordination with PRO.
- Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws and ensure all HR procedures follow company policy.
- Support performance evaluations and assist in tracking KPIs for drivers and staff.
- Address employee queries related to leave, payroll, or general HR policies.
- Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Prepare HR reports (e.g., manpower, attrition, joining/leaving summary).
