Role Overview:
As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor laws.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
