Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and induction of new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave records, and other relevant data.
- Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking employee progress.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and internal communications.
- Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics or corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
