Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain HR records, personnel files, and HR databases accurately.
- Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company standards.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
- Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
