HR Executive

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain HR records, personnel files, and HR databases accurately.
  • Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company standards.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
