HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Assist in performance management processes and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and support strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Assistant.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
